Taste the wonderful extra virgin olive oil from the Amalfi Coast, also available with lemon and orange.
The oleoteca Gusti e Delizie was born in 2016 in Ravello when Vincenzo Di Palma and Margherita Cioffi, driven by their passion and love for typical products of Campania, decided to carry on the family tradition, producing oil but in an innovative way.
Gusti e Delizie also produces jams and sweet honey, all products of the coast.
Today it is the only internationally recognized oleoteca in the south and has more than forty Italian labels.
It is a monovarietal oil of Minucciola, a cultivar of the Sorrento Peninsula. It is fruity with slightly herbaceous aroma and hints of almond. It has a harmonious and balanced flavor with notes of lettuce and green apple. Perfect with all dishes of the Mediterranean diet and ideal for frying.
Particular oil made by simultaneously pressing lemon peels and Minucciola olives. It is very fresh and takes the Mediterranean flavors. It is excellent with light dishes and summer first courses but also goes perfectly with pastry.
Orange oil, like lemon oil, is obtained by simultaneously pressing orange peel and olives. It is sweet and fruity.
It is a cold-extracted oil with an intense taste, with an aroma of tomato and cut grass, a little bitter and spicy.
Made with lemons grown in Ravello, it has an IGP certification. It has a balanced taste, not very alcoholic and sweet, perfect for an end meal.
A delicious jam a little sour, very full-bodied and low sugar, made in collaboration with chef Lanuto.
The Dolce Natura farm produces honey with the special addition of lemon juice that gives it a delicate taste and the citrus honey, very fragrant and with a pleasant sour tip.
