It is the road that, according to legend, was traveled by the Greek deities to save Ulysses from the sirens and that’s why it was called Path of the Gods.
Route for years used as a mule track, before the Bourbon built the current coastal road, today it is a wonderful hiking trail.
You can admire one of the most spectacular views in the world.
You walk for about 5 hours, surrounded by greenery, suspended between heaven and earth, sea and mountain, arriving at the enchanting Nocelle, the highest hamlet of Positano.
The path is characterized by faces, caves, ruins, cultivated terraces, in some sections it also crosses the forest and give way to the streets still used today by farmers. It’s easy to meet them, especially in summer, accompanied by mules loaded with fruits and vegetables. We also find small springs of drinking water with which to cool off.
We’ll leave from Bomerano, a hamlet of Agerola, for centuries famous for its fior di latte, provola affumicata and ricotta.
Born from the enthusiasm of some friends in love with their land, Trentaremi is a company that tells this beautiful land through trekking and environmental interpretation, combining the desire for knowledge, to the pleasure of the journey.
