On the southern side of the Sorrento Peninsula, we find the suggestive Sirenuse Trail. It takes its name from the three Li Galli islets, where according to Homer’s Odyssey, mermaids tried to bewitch Ulysses.
Legend tells of huge birds with a woman’s face with a seductive and dangerous song, that caused the shipwreck of those who heard its melody.
You can enjoy wonderful views, from the Amalfi Coast to the Faraglioni of Capri and maybe along the path, listen to the enchanting singing of the sirens.
It starts from Sant’agata sui Due Golfi, a hamlet of Massa Lubrense. The meeting point is at the Bar Orlando.
We proceed towards the small village of Torca, from where we will start the path to discover the southern side of the peninsula, between Monticello and Colli Di Fontanelle.
Landscape ring path, it winds along terraces, valleys and cliffs, through vegetable gardens, olive groves, chestnut groves, the dense Tore pine forest and much more.

Follow the A3 and SS145 towards via Nastro Azzurro in Massa Lubrense.
