You can cook following the exciting online cooking classes organized by Pastificio Cuomo, artisans of pasta since 1820. You have the opportunity to make a good and genuine pasta with your own hands.

Pasta becomes a real emotional experience: the goal is no longer just to eat it but to live it. 

Grandma Giosy and her team will be your personal chefs! They will teach you all the steps to make tasty dishes, all Italian. 

What do you need? A rolling pin, a sharp knife, a spoon, a fork and a pastry board. 

You will cook ravioli of various types, pappardelle, cannelloni, and the inevitable gnocchi. 

Let’s start with spinach ravioli with fresh tomato, Monday’s cooking class. The ingredients are: one egg, 100 gr of flour “0”, 100 gr of ricotta, 200 gr of spinach, 30 gr of grated Parmesan cheese, 1 garlic clove, 300 gr of sauce, 10 cherry tomatoes, 2 spoonfuls of oil and a pinch of salt.

For lovers of ragù, even more inviting are the pappardelle, that you can follow on Tuesdays. You will need: 50 gr of flour “0”, 50 gr of durum wheat semolina, one egg, salt to taste, oil to taste, one not too large onion, 100 gr of minced meat and 300 gr of tomato.

Then we move on to the ravioli capresi, inviting vegetarian recipe, that we can recreate together on Wednesday. You’ll need a pot full of water, 100 gr of flour “0”, a spoonful of olive oil, a pinch of salt, one egg, 100 gr of ricotta, 50 gr of grated Parmesan cheese, marjoram, 50 gr of mozzarella, salt to taste, a garlic clove, 20 fresh cherry tomatoes, 2 spoonfuls of olive oil, a bit of basil.

Another appetizing veggie recipe is that of pumpkin ravioli with butter and sage, that you can follow on Thursdays. The ingredients are: one egg, 100 gr of flour, 1 garlic clove, 200 gr of pumpkin, 4 ground almonds, 30 gr of grated Parmesan cheese, a pinch of salt, 50 gr of butter, 3 sage leaves.

Then you will find the Neapolitan cannelloni, appetizing Friday recipe. Get 100 gr of flour, one egg, 1 spoonful of olive oil, salt to taste, 150 gr of minced meat, 100 gr of ricotta, 50 grams of Parmesan, 2 spoonfuls of cooked tomato, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 500 gr of tomato (peeled), 4 basil leaves. 

You can also cook with us the wonderful potato gnocchi alla sorrentina, on the comfortable day of Saturday. You will need: 150 gr of potatoes, 100 gr of flour “0”, 1/2 onion, 2 spoonfuls of oil, 300 gr of tomato, salt to taste, fresh basil.

Last, but not least, is the recipe for spinach ravioli with sauce, to be made on a relaxing Sunday with the family. Already cooked with fresh tomato, you can also have fun with this other tasty variant. The ingredients are: one egg, 100 gr of flour “0”, 200 gr of spinach, 10 gr of ricotta, 50 gr of Parmesan, 150 gr of minced meat, 500 gr of tomato, oil to taste, a little onion, a pinch of salt.
