To experience the true magic of Salento, nothing beats a stay at a masseria. Masseria Stalì, in the heart of Caprarica di Lecce, covers 270 hectares and is home to more than 30,000 centuries-old olive trees.
Here every product served to guests comes directly from the farm fields. The facility houses an oil mill for tastings and educational activities and also grows Negramaro vines, from which a quality wine served in the in-house restaurant is made.
The restaurant offers seasonal traditional Salento dishes, dedicated children's menus, gluten-free options and can accommodate private and corporate events.
The experience includes admission to the pool with free use of the entire area, offering moments of relaxation and fun in a comfortable environment. A light lunch formula is included, which includes a main course of your choice, dessert and water. A comfortable shade area and a sunbed are also available for guests to make the most of their day at the pool.
The activity includes a Pilates class led by an expert, in close contact with nature and practiced barefoot on grass, with the creative use of natural principals such as watermelons or melons. At the end of the session there is a tasting of fresh fruit and/or centrifuges. Each participant is provided with a mat and a 0.5 l water bottle.
The activity includes a guided walk along the Caprarica greenhouses with an experienced instructor, who will accompany participants in learning useful breathing techniques to promote self-control and stress release. Isometrics and stretching techniques will also be offered along the way, for a complete experience of physical and mental well-being. The activity concludes with a pleasant tasting of fresh fruit and/or centrifuged juices.
The Masseria organizes territorial, theoretical-practical cooking courses dedicated to pupils of all school levels. The experience begins with a cognitive tour of the farm and a presentation of the raw materials grown on site. The participants, guided by an experienced operator, take part in the manual processing and cooking of the products, and then conclude with a tasting of the preparations made. Each student is provided with an apron and complete processing kit, including gloves and utensils.

The "Pool Day" activity has a cost of €40.00 per person; children aged 3 to 10 enjoy the reduced rate of €20.00. For the month of September, there is a special promotion: €10.00 for adults and free admission for children 3 to 10 years old
