How do I book an experience on the website?

Log in to the portal and select your favorite activity. On the activity description page there is a table with all the details of the event. Click the "check availability" button, choose the date and time and proceed with the purchase by credit card, bank transfer, Paypal and Afterpay. The booking request is taken care of by the dedicated team and confirmed via email.

No, only the entrance fee (limited to participating institutions) is free. There is an additional charge for the tour guide service, which varies depending on the experience chosen.

After purchasing the ticket online, is it possible to change the date, time, name or day of the event?

Usually it is always possible to change the date, time, name or day of the event. However, it is necessary to check with Movery assistance the policies adopted by the partner providing the purchased experience.

What is the cancellation policy for schoolchildren?

Our cancellation policy for school visits states that payments made are non-refundable. However, under circumstances of inclement weather or exceptional situations, a new date for the scheduled experience can be arranged.

What payment methods does Movery use?

The available payment methods are: credit cards (Visa, Amex, Mastercard), Paypal, bank transfer, ScalaPay, ApplePay, GooglePay and at the office in Via Solfatara 31 – 80078 Pozzuoli. Furthermore, for some selected experiences it is possible to pay in cash. In case of bank transfer, use the order ID as reason and use these data:
