This masterclass is designed to offer a full immersion in the world of cheese, allowing students to literally "put their hands in the dough" and become protagonists in the production process.

Included in the price is a tasting with country cured meats, freshly made fior di latte, various cheeses and a glass of wine
The tour is also available for school groups of up to 30 participants, with the possibility of arranging private visits for larger groups. Suitable for schools of all levels, it includes a visit to the dairy, explanation of the dairy processes, the Master Cheesemaker show with active participation, product tasting and water included. Cost is defined on request
