What's better than a nice day spent at the spa with family or friends? To live an unforgettable and invigorating experience we offer you a wellness program at the Giardini Poseidon spa in Ischia. This is the largest thermal park on the island and can boast 6 hectares of terraces, 8,000 square meters of beach, 20 swimming pools, 3 dining options and a spa.
The activity starts in the morning from the port of Naples, where you will take a ferry to reach Ischia. Once you reach the port there will be a transfer ready to take you to the Poseidon Gardens. Here you can be pampered thanks to the large wellness area which allows you to have massages, beauty and physiotherapy treatments. Around the park there is also a vast natural garden with many plants and varieties typical of the Mediterranean scrub that offer incredible colors and scents.
Furthermore, you will be able to benefit from the immense therapeutic qualities of Ischia's thermal waters, which you can enjoy thanks to the many tubs and swimming pools in the park. Their temperature varies between 28 and 40°C and overall we have 5 thermal pools with waterfalls and hydromassage (Adriano, Aphrodite, Ischia, Arethusa, Ariadne).
To these are added 4 Kneipp pools (Apollo, Artemis, Japanese Bath, Ludwig) which include hot and cold water baths (40°-15°C) which are very useful for promoting vascular circulation in the lower limbs. The Poseidon Gardens also delivers 3 non-thermal indoor pools for those who love sporty swimming in chlorinated water and a Turkish bath in a cave dug into the tuff to have a sauna just like the ancient Romans used.

How to get there

How to reach the meeting point by car

From Piazza Garibaldi take Corso Lucci, Via Ciccone, Via Padre Rocco, Via Manzo and Via Cosenz. Then turn into Corso Garibaldi and follow Via Marina for 1.5 km. Continue on Piazzale Pisacane, Molo Pisacane and continue to Calata Porta di Massa for boarding the ferries.

How to reach the meeting point by public transportation

From Naples central station, take underground line 1 and get off at the Duomo stop. Continue on foot on Via Duomo and turn onto Via Marina. Proceed for approximately 1 km and continue on Molo Pisacane, Calata Villa del Popolo and Calata Porta di Massa.

Relax puro. Un'area dove puoi utilizzare sia le vasche termali che la spiaggia. Si ha solo l'imbarazzo della scelta per trascorrere una piacevole giornata. Disponibile anche la sala per la sauna, ricavata nella grotta. Esperienza da fare. Inoltre, le vasche, hanno temperature diverse in base alle esigenze curative.
