About this activity

The main dish of Neapolitan cuisine is undoubtedly pizza, so why not treat yourself to a cooking class on Neapolitan pizza? With this course you will have an unforgettable experience that is sure to awaken your taste buds and show you the best of Neapolitan cuisine.
Within two hours you will make a cooking class along with one professional chef that will walk you through all the steps of pizza making, starting with the secrets to perfect dough. Having received your apron and tools, you'll go into your lesson and learn everything you need to know about the ingredients, starting with San Marzano tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella.
Together with the chef you will cook your own margherita pizza that you can also taste! In addition, you will be able to make a appetizer with bruschetta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, homemade bread and extra virgin olive oil. Finally, you will be given a personalized diploma as a memento of this amazing journey into the world of pizza.
