Il biglietto comprende il costo della navetta per ritornare in struttura dopo il volo. In alternativa è possibile rientrare attraverso “Sentiero trekking”, lungo circa 7,6 Km, dove è possibile ammirare la “Cascata del Solofrone”. E' consigliabile effettuare il sentiero trekking nei mesi di Aprile, Maggio e Giugno, nei mesi estivi la cascata non è presente a causa del prosciugamento dei fiumi

In the event that there are groups (minimum 10 people) interested in flying during periods when the facility is closed, the facility can arrange for an extraordinary opening in order to guarantee the requested service

Ticket refund is not provided under any circumstances. In adverse weather conditions, the staff in charge reserves the right to suspend flights or discontinue the activity, in the latter circumstance the reservation will be moved to another date, chosen by the user. However, a voucher, of equal value to the ticket purchased, will be generated for use at the facility
Waiver of the flight expressed at the departure station will not entitle the issuance of a voucher

Single flight is possible with maximum height of 205 cm and maximum weight of 130 kg
Pair flying is possible with maximum height of 205 cm, minimum weight of 90 kg, maximum weight of 190 kg
For classic pair flying, the weight difference between the two people must not exceed 40 kg
For pair flying with seated sling, the weight difference must not exceed 60 kg
For flying as a couple with children, there are no weight restrictions
Minors may fly with parental permission
It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing and avoid accessories that can snag or fall off
You must be in good health and not suffer from diseases incompatible with flying
Pregnant women, people with heart disease, epilepsy, major respiratory diseases, subjects in an altered mental and physical state are not permitted
