After a leisurely scenic drive through the Apulian countryside, you will arrive in Alberobello at 3:30 p.m. to begin exploring the historic center. Your guide will take you through the most charming districts such as Little Hague and Monti District telling you curiosities, historical anecdotes and architectural peculiarities. Around 5 p.m. you will leave to return to Polignano.

How to get there

How to reach the meeting point by car

By car departing from Naples, take the A16 Naples-Canosa highway in the direction of Bari, driving about 240 km to the Bari Sud exit. From there, continue on the SS16 (E55) toward Brindisi/Lecce and exit at Polignano a Mare Nord, then follow signs for the center and the square. The trip takes about 3 hours. Parking in nearby public parking areas is recommended, as the center may be subject to ZTL.

How to reach the meeting point by transportation

To reach Piazza Caduti di Via Fani 26, Polignano a Mare from Naples Centrale station, you can choose between train or car. By train, you leave Naples Central with an Intercity or Regional train bound for Bari Centrale (about 3 hours and 30 minutes). From there, continue with a regional train to Polignano a Mare, with a travel time of about 40 minutes. Once at the station, the square is about a 10-minute walk: just follow Via Martiri di Dogali and then Via Pompeo Sarnelli until you reach Piazza Caduti di Via Fani, in the heart of the town.
