In fact, an excellent oil made from the olives from more than 30,000 centuries-old olive trees, spread over an area of 270 hectares, is produced at this agriturismo and farm. The experience traces in detail all the stages of the oil production chain. You will begin with a guided tour of the farm's oil mill, which will show you the stages of the production process, starting with the olive harvest.
Next, the various stages of processing including washing, crushing, kneading, and extraction will be explained to you. Then there will be a guided technical tasting that will teach you the basics about the classification of oils and their organoleptic properties. The activity will last about 45 minutes.
