Take a train from Napoli Centrale to Bari Centrale (about three hours) and then a regional train to Polignano a Mare (30-40 minutes). From Polignano station you can walk to Via Porto 3 in about a quarter of an hour by following the signs to the historic center, or take a cab or shuttle bus.
From Piazza Garibaldi in Naples, take the A3/E45 highway towards Salerno-Reggio Calabria and continue following the signs for Bari. Get onto the A16 Napoli-Canosa and continue to the exit for Bari Sud, then take the SS16 Adriatica towards Brindisi/Lecce. Exit at Polignano a Mare and follow the signs for the historic center and port. Via Porto 3 is located in the heart of the historic center, near the sea and panoramic terraces. The trip takes about three and a half hours by car, depending on traffic. Remember that the historic center of Polignano is a restricted traffic zone, so it is best to park in one of the outside parking lots, such as San Francesco or Porta Rossa, and walk a few minutes.
