The duration of the flight is about 1-2 minutes (the total service time with shuttle transfer is about 30 minutes)
The length of the zipline is 1.6 km. The maximum speed that can be reached is 120 km/h
It is required to report to the arrival station at least 20 minutes before the flight time.
Shuttle service from the arrival station (after the flight) to the departure station is included. Alternatively, you can return by taking the trekking trail, from which you can admire the Solofrone Waterfall. This trail is recommended during the months of April, May and June, when the waterfall is visible
The facility is fully accessible, equipped with a platform for people with mobility disabilities, a scenic elevator and an artistic fountain

In the event that there are groups (minimum 10 people) interested in flying during periods when the facility is closed, the facility can arrange for an extraordinary opening in order to guarantee the requested service
Comfortable clothing is recommended for the flight, avoiding accessories or garments that could snag (scarves, scarves, hoods, necklaces, etc.) or fall off during the activity (flip-flops, phones, cameras, keys, etc.).
Single flight is allowed for people with height between 120 and 205 cm and weight between 35 and 130 kg. Double flight is allowed for people with height between 120 and 205 cm and weight between 90 and 180 kg

Minors may fly with parental permission
To enter the facility, you must be in good general physical shape, have no heart problems, have not ingested alcohol, drugs or medication that may reduce normal abilities, have no physical or mental disabilities incompatible with flight safety
Pregnant women, people with heart disease, epilepsy, major respiratory diseases, subjects in an altered mental and physical state are not permitted
It is mandatory to wear a flight harness and protective helmet, as well as to carefully follow the instructions of the staff in charge. The staff has the right to deny access to the facilities to those who do not ensure compliance with the rules or do not possess the necessary requirements
Flight cancellation reported directly to the departure station does not entitle the issuance of a voucher
l refund of the ticket is not provided under any circumstances. In adverse weather conditions, the staff in charge reserves the right to suspend flights or discontinue the activity, in the latter circumstance the reservation will be moved to another date, agreeing it with the user. However, a voucher will be generated, of equal ticket value
