From Piazza Garibaldi in Naples, reach the port by taking Metro Line 1 to Municipio or the Alibus direct to the port. From there, board a ferry or hydrofoil to Ischia. Some runs go directly to the Port of Forio; alternatively, you can disembark at Ischia Porto and continue by local bus or cab to Forio. Total travel time generally varies between 1½ and 2 hours, depending on the connections you choose.

How to get to the meeting point by car

By car from Piazza Garibaldi, follow the signs to the port of Naples (usually Calata Porta di Massa) and board the car on a ferry to Ischia. Once on the island, follow the road signs to Forio and reach Via Marina, 23 - Port of Forio. Overall times vary depending on traffic and crossing, but are generally between 2 and 3 hours.
