About this activity

Would you like to spend a day of sports and relaxation? Then book this fun SUP excursion (Stand Up Paddle) that will allow you to admire magnificent landscapes that can only be reached from the sea. For those who do not know, this sport is practiced on a board similar to a surfboard, on which you paddle standing up.
The activity takes place at sunset from the beach at Aquamorta in Monte di Procida, and you do not need to be an SUP expert as there will be an instructor who will explain the secrets of the board and how to paddle. Once the initial briefing is over, we will move on to the islet of San Martino and the hidden caves in the area.
During the SUP tour you will be able to observe the wonderful view of the islands of Ischia and Procida and enjoy the enchanting deep blue sea. Following this, there will be a rejuvenating aperitif on the beach With prosecco and snacks. The experience can be done in both summer and winter. In the colder months you will be offered a wetsuit.

How to get there

How to reach the meeting point by car

From Piazza Garibaldi proceed along Corso Novara, Via Nuova Poggioreale, Corso Malta and take the exit for Domitiana/Pozzuoli. Enter E56 and after 19 km take the exit for Pozzuoli/Arco Felice/Bacoli. Take Via Montenuovo Licola Patria and turn right onto Via Miliscola. Continue for 1.5 km and turn left onto Via Montegrillo. Then advance on Via Terme Romane, Viale Vanvitelli, Via Ottaviano and Via Giulio Cesare. Finally, turn right onto Via Torregaveta and continue on Corso Filomarino. After 700 meters turn onto Via Scialoia and Corso Umberto I. Finally, after 850 meters there is Via Marconi and Acquamorta Beach.

How to reach the meeting point by public transportation

From Piazza Garibaldi take subway line 2 and get off at the Montesanto stop. Move to the Montesanto Cumana station and take line 9. Get off at the Torregaveta stop and take bus 153. Get off at the Monte di Procida - Via Torrione stop. From here follow Via Marconi to Acquamorta beach.
