About this tour

To enjoy a nice day of relaxation and sea treat yourself to this charming boat tours along the coast of Naples which will offer you a fantastic and unforgettable view. The excursion takes place aboard the Argo boat, a 7 1/2-meter launch equipped with the main amenities. Accompanying you will also be an experienced guide who will explain details about the sights you will admire during the trip.

The tour starts from the port of Mergellina, near the pier from which hydrofoils depart. The crossing will take about 3 hours, and during the trip there will also be room for a aperitif on board and a stop for snorkeling. From the boat you will be able to observe the Posillipo coastline and also see Castel dell'Ovo, Palazzo Donn'Anna, Villa Rosebery, Villa Lauro and the Gaiola marine protected area.

In the vicinity of Villa Lauro the stop dedicated to the snorkeling and equipment will be provided to you by the event organizer. Then you will move ashore to admire Villa Roccamatilda which was formerly the residence of Achille Lauro. The building has a natural swimming pool, a private beach and a natural water source. At the conclusion of the experience you will return to the port of Mergellina.

How to reach the meeting point by car

From Piazza Garibaldi take Corso Lucci and continue on Via Vespucci, Via Marina, Via de Gasperi, Via Depretis and Piazza Municipio. Turn right onto Via Acton and continue on Tunnel della Vittoria, Via Morelli, Via Gaetani, Piazza Vittoria, Viale Gramsci, Piazza Sannazzaro and Via Caracciolo to reach the Dewy Pier.

How to reach the meeting point by public transportation

From the central station at Piazza Garibaldi, take subway line 2 and get off at the Mergellina stop. Continue walking on Salita della Grotta, Piazza Piedigrotta, Piazza Sannazzaro and Via Caracciolo.
