This is not just a cooking class, but a double gastronomic experience which combines two not-to-be-missed moments: first the preparation of Neapolitan pizza, then the preparation of traditional tiramisu.An authentic, practical and entertaining path to discover Naples through its most genuine soul - the one that is told through flour, coffee and passion.
You will learn how to make pizza from scratch: you will process flour, water, yeast and salt until you get a perfect dough, discovering all the secrets of the sourdough.
Then you'll move on to the tomato sauce, made with San Marzano DOP tomatoes, fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil. With the chef's help, you'll learn how to roll out the pizza by hand, without a rolling pin, and dress it with buffalo mozzarella and wholesome ingredients. The moment of baking will be pure magic-a few minutes that will transform your work into a true Neapolitan pizza, fragrant and fragrant.
After enjoying the pizza you created, it will be time to move on to the tiramisu sweetness. You'll prepare the world's most beloved Italian dessert starting with the basics: you'll whip the egg yolks with sugar, incorporate mascarpone to make a smooth, velvety cream, and make the perfect espresso coffee to dunk the ladyfingers in.
