The excursion lasts about two and a half hours and includes a total of one hour dedicated to bathroom stops, divided into two moments: at the Stinking Cove and to the Bay of Good Sleep, where it will be possible to snorkel and dive in the crystal-clear waters of Cilento, admiring seabeds rich in marine flora and fauna. During these stops you will have the opportunity to relax, swim and fully enjoy the sea in total tranquility.

The experience has the port of Palinuro (SA) as its meeting point.

How to get there

How to reach the meeting point by car

From Piazza Garibaldi move onto Corso Lucci and Via Ferraris to enter the A3. Stay on A3 for 53 km and enter A2 for 99 km. Then take the exit for Buonabitacolo-Padula. Take the SS19, the SS517 and the SS18. After 12 km take the exit for Poderia and continue for 10 km on SR562. Continue on Via Pontevaliente, Via Acqua dell'Olmo, Corso Pisacane and Via Porto to reach the port of Palinuro.

How to reach the meeting point by public transportation

From Naples Central Station take the high-speed train to Reggio Calabria and get off at the Vallo della Lucania stop. Walk to the Vallo Scalo stop and take bus 100. Get off at the terminus and take bus 112 to Palinuro. Get off at the Incrocio Porto stop and walk down Corso Pisacane and Via Porto.
