Imagine you are in the heart of Sorrento, surrounded by the scent of the lemons and oranges that grow luxuriantly in Sorrento's gardens. You will start with thebruschetta appetizer that mixes fresh and intense flavors with unique combinations. You'll find bruschetta with butter and lemon, butter and anchovies, and sun-dried tomato with burrata and basil. A fresh and tasty start, to be accompanied with a Moonlight Sparkling Wine. For appetizer there is a seared sea bass, served with Maldon salt and a drizzle of Gargiulo Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Sorrento. Here, the perfect wine is the Rosé Giuseppe Apicella, which with its freshness and fruity body perfectly balances the delicacy of the sea bass.

The first course takes you straight into the heart of Sorrento-coastal tradition with a spaghettone di Gragnano, cooked Nerano style with salted ricotta cheese. Enhancing this dish is the Lacryma Christi from Cantine de Angelis, a wine capable of enhancing the simplicity of the dish with its hints of citrus and fruit.

For the second course you will taste a delicious meatball with meat sauce, cooked for a full five hours, accompanied by local rustic bread. The rich and flavorful meat sauce meets the succulent texture of the meatball, and it is here that the Taurasi Upper Valley, a pure Aglianico, shows all its power and complexity. And finally, you will taste a dessert that is a true symbol of the Amalfi Coast: the lemon delight, a fresh and enveloping dessert that goes perfectly with a small glass of Limoncello, the liqueur that represents the soul of this land.
