About this tour

For those who love walking in nature and hiking, this is the perfect experience. It is a fascinating and impressive trekking tour on the famous Path of the Gods, one of the most beautiful and well-known hiking trails in Campania.
The Path of the Gods runs through the Lattari Mountains and winds between the Amalfi Coast and the Sorrento Coast. It is an impressive 7.8 kilometers long and connects Bomerano, a hamlet of Agerola, with Nocelle, hamlet of Positano. Along the way you will see many villages and truly spectacular views.
For centuries the path was the only way between the villages on the Amalfi Coast, until the coastal highway was built at the behest of the Bourbons. Instead, the name Path of the Gods comes from an ancient legend according to which this was the road taken by Greek gods to save Ulysses from the island's bewitching sirens Li Galli.
Even the famous Italo Calvino spoke of it, describing it as "that road suspended over the magical gulf of the Sirens ploughed even today by memory and myth." The great beauty of this nature trail lies mainly in the magnificent view and the absence of the hand of man as everything has remained unchanged for centuries except for a few signs and protective barriers.
If you also want to experience the magic of the Path of the Gods, all you have to do is buy your ticket now!

    To be redone

The trail is suitable for everyone, with no special difficulties, it is absolutely advisable to wear hiking shoes. The breathtaking panorama that accompanies you deserves a 360° photo shoot. At the end of the trail in Nocelle we chose to continue on foot walking the 1500 steps to Positano giving us a wonderful swim in the sea. I highly recommend!

    Fantastic excursion

I spent 5 five days visiting the Amalfi Coast. My main stops were Sorrento, Capri, Pompeii and finally Amalfi and Positano. But the one that stayed in my heart was the trekking, the Path of the Gods, thanks to the professionalism of the guide, who authentically showed me what is the history of this path enriching it with attention to details that otherwise I could not have known. Definitely it was a different approach of visiting the coast and its beauties. Recommended!
