The morning begins with a guided tour in the heart of the downtown, among cobblestone alleys, medieval architecture and quaint squares, to discover the thousand-year history, local traditions and hidden treasures of the city on the Adriatic Sea.
Along the way, a street food tour che includes four carefully selected stops, including Mario Campanella's special coffee, allowing visitors to savor traditional savory dishes and desserts made with fresh local ingredients and time-honored recipes revisited with a modern twist. In the early afternoon, you will climb on a calessino for a relaxing tour along the coast, exploring hidden coves, spectacular cliffs and Saracen towers, enjoying the unique views and fresh sea air.
Subsequently, a boat excursion leads to Polignano's famous sea caves, such as the Palazzese Cave and the Innamorat Cavei, admiring these natural wonders from an exclusive vantage point over the crystal clear waters of the Adriatic.
Weather permitting, the tour ends with a dip in the clear waters and an aperitif on board with typical Apulian taralli, for a moment of relaxation and taste in perfect Mediterranean style.
