The price of the Cooking Class pasta experience (Option A) is €50 per person
The cost of the Cooking Class pasta experience with main course (option B) is €65 per person
Children up to 10 years old pay €15 per person
The experience includes: manual processing of the products with the guidance and assistance of an operator; making three traditional artisanal pasta shapes and the seasoning sauces; cooking the processed products and tasting the finished product. Participants are provided with an apron and processing kit (gloves, tools...)
The activity takes about 2 hours
Upon request there is the possibility of adding the making of a typical meat or vegetarian second course (Grandma's Meatballs). Or there is the possibility of completing the experience by sitting at the table, with dedicated service. In this case, the tasting of the prepared dishes will be in a larger quantity, with the addition of fresh seasonal fruit and beverages: water and a glass of company wine
Included in the price of Option B is the preparation of a meat or vegetarian main course and a technical tasting with farm products such as olives, pate and extra virgin olive oil
