L’opzione A prevede una visita generale dell’azienda agricola, a cui seguiranno informazioni di approfondimento sulle materie prime coltivate sui terreni dell’agriturismo. Quindi si passerà alla lavorazione manuale di questi prodotti in compagnia di un operatore della masseria.
Next, you will be taught how to prepare different pasta formats homemade and various accompanying sauces and gravies. Once the dishes are cooked, there will be a tasting of what you have cooked with table service. You will still be provided with an apron and necessary utensils for the cooking class.
L’opzione B invece dura una mezz’ora in più ed include anche la preparazione di un secondo di carne o vegetariano e una technical tasting of farm products such as oil, olives and pate. In addition, it will be possible to receive operator assistance in English, French or Spanish.

    How to reach the farm by car

    From Lecce station take the SS16 adriatica and continue for 10 km. Then take the exit towards Caprarica. Take SP125 and continue for 2 km on SP140. Turn right onto Via Martiri d'Otranto and turn right again onto Via Cisterna Vecchia.

    How to get to the farm by public transportation

    From Lecce take the bus to Maglie and get off at the Caprarica di Lecce stop. From Via Castri proceed on Via Madonna del Carmine, Piazza Vittoria, Via IV Novembre and Via Roma. Then continue on Viale degli Oleandri, Via delle Magnolie and Via delle Gardenie. Finally, turn right onto Via Cisterna Vecchia.

    A truly magnificent place. Beautiful evocative location of a renovated farmhouse and excellent traditional Salento dishes. Low prices. Fabulous also the farmhouse that offers rooms and services such as swimming pool and Jacuzzi surrounded by a manicured and peaceful green garden. Absolutely to try if you are in the neighborhood.

    Very beautiful, atmospheric farmhouse with impressive views of vineyard and welcoming in a kind and well-organized manner. Attentive and unobtrusive service, very good and well-thought-out dishes and environment definitely surrounded by greenery and conveying calm and relaxation.
