How to get there

How to get to the meeting point by public transportation

To reach Porto Canale di Marina di Ginosa starting from Piazza Garibaldi by public transportation you can go to the nearby Naples Central Station and take a direct or change train to Taranto with an average duration of about four six hours depending on the solution you choose. Once in Taranto you can continue by regional train to Ginosa, or by local bus to Marina di Ginosa and from there reach the Canal Port on foot or by cab in about ten fifteen minutes.

How to get to the meeting point by car

Alternatively, by car from Piazza Garibaldi take the A16 highway in the direction of Canosa di Puglia, continue to the SS 100 in the direction of Taranto and then continue on the SS 106 Jonica. Follow the signs to Ginosa Marina and Porto Canale for a total journey of about two hundred and seventy kilometers with an average travel time of three hours and thirty minutes traffic permitting.
