Show up 20 minutes before departure time at the designated location and convert online tickets with paper boarding documents. The reference ticket offices are: Francesco I Ticket Office (Lungomare Enrico Mattei) and Santa Lucia Ticket Office (Lungomare Cristoforo Colombo).
Recommended clothing: hat, non-slip shoes, beach towel, bathing suit
Leashed dogs are allowed on board provided they have appropriate accouterments, subject to acceptance by the organization
Avoid wearing rings, bracelets, watches, chains, necklaces or similar accessories because, in addition to the possibility of loss, they pose a serious personal risk if they become entangled during rescue maneuvers
The crew is not responsible for any items forgotten or left unattended, and for any damage to audiovisual equipment and cell phones due to contact with seawater
For people with disabilities, the entrance is partially accessible. However, the boat does not have a gangway, but the boat crew will provide assistance with boarding and disembarking
The maximum number of participants is 97. The experience will be activated upon reaching at least 20 participants, and confirmation will be provided at the time of booking

In case of missed departure, reimbursement may be requested only due to force majeure (e.g., adverse weather conditions). If, on the other hand, the customer cannot take advantage of the service at a later date due to his or her impending departure, he or she may request a refund of the full value of the ticket
