If Mare Fuori is your favorite TV series and you know just about everything about its characters, then this is the perfect experience for you!
The Sea Out tour by boat allows you to visit some of the places in Naples that served as locations for the most important and memorable scenes of the fiction set inside the Neapolitan juvenile prison.
The experience kicks off from the small port of Marechiaro, then moves to the Cala della Badessa, not far from Nisida. The very penitentiary for minors in Nisida is said to have inspired the one in the series. From here you will leave for the Scoglio di Punta Nera, where the death scene of 'O Pirucchio (Gaetano) was filmed. Afterwards, you will be taken to Villa Grotta Marina, a historic residence in Posillipo that hosted one of the most beautiful moments between Edward and Teresa.
Finally, you will have the chance to admire Villa Lauro, home to a wonderful mineral water spring. This is another beautiful place in Naples that served as the backdrop for the love story of Edward and Teresa.
Also inherent to the world of Mare Fuori, we have come up with a walking tours in the center of Naples which will take you through the places chosen to host some of the most beautiful scenes in the drama. For example, you will see the Pizzeria Capasso, where Pirucchio's classes are set to learn the work of pizza making. Still on foot you will reach the Umberto I Gallery which served as the backdrop for several moments between the Commander and Carmine and the Montesanto neighborhood. Finally, you will move to Toledo Street, where there was the first meeting between Philip and Naditza and in St. Vincent Pier, used as a location to replicate the juvenile prison.
Of a different kind, however, is the food tour of Sea Out which will offer you a tasting of the main foods of Neapolitan cuisine loved by the protagonists of the TV series. The walk kicks off from Molo San Vincenzo, before arriving at Gambribus and having coffee with sfogliatella. Following this, there will be a stop on Via Toledo to taste an excellent macaroni omelette or a nice fried pizza Via Porta San Gennaro.
