The Cilento coastline awaits you in all its splendor: evocative places and unforgettable landscapes will be the protagonists of this experience by boat, in which you will have the opportunity to admire the nature of an unspoiled coast that reserves unforgettable scenery that can only be visited by sea. The skippers, professionals in the field, will guide you to the discovery of the Agropolese coastline and the Castellabate Marine Protected Area, which are reconfirmed Blue Flag Every year.
You can also opt for the 2-hour Cilento Coast Tour or the 4-hour Cilento Coast Tour.
Follow magnificent routes while the crew tells you about the history and peculiarities of the coast.
The tour departs from the port of Agropoli, sailing along the Coast, including a bathroom stop. The main stops you will see along the navigation are: Elephant Cave, Quadra Cave, St. Francis Rock, Turtle Rock, Trentova Bay and Vallone Bay.
Immediately after boarding, we proceed to the Elephant Cave, home of a legend reminiscent of an ancient love story, then moving on to Quadra Cave and the Blue Lido Bay. After a turn to the south we proceed to the St. Francis Bay, named after the monastery above it and recognizable by the cross placed on the upper end of the cliff in the middle of the sea; meanwhile you will be intrigued by the various anecdotes told about the places you will admire during the tour.
After reaching the Turtle Rock and the neighbor Trentova Bay and its crystal clear waters, you will end the tour at the Walloon Bay, one of the most striking places on the coast because of the Mediterranean scrub that characterizes the rock face. Here you can enjoy the clear water during the bathing stop.
After stopping by Walloon Bay, if you want to continue this tour and discover the other places the coastline has in store for us, venture in the direction of Punta Tresino and Punta Pagliarola, on which you will notice the Saracen towers; you will proceed toward the Gulf of Santa Maria di Castellabate, reaching the Marina Bay and the neighbor Punta Licosa Island. A second swimming stop is planned here and it is really worth snorkeling: you will be enchanted, in fact, by the submerged remains of the homonymous Greco-Roman city, including a villa and an ancient tank for breeding moray eels; on the islet you will also notice a lighthouse and a ruin, which was once the house of the lighthouse keeper.
You will continue the route southward, also reaching the last bay, that of Ogliastro. Before arriving you can agree with the skipper on other bathroom stops to be made, in the places that most appeal to you or simply relying on the skipper's knowledge who will be able to advise you on the most convenient spots where you can relax and enjoy the whole day.
