The Monumental Complex of San Lorenzo Maggiore is open from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily
On weekends there are guided tours in Italian 10:30 am, 11:30 am, 12:30 pm, 1:30 pm, 2:30 pm, 3:30 pm, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm and in English 11 am, 1:15 pm, 3:15 pm, 5:00 pm
During the week there is a guided tour in Italian at 10:30 am, 12:00 pm, 1:30 pm, 3:00 pm, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm. In English at 11:00 a.m., 1:15 p.m., 3:15 p.m., 5:00 p.m.
The experience includes a welcome coffee while listening to the history of real Neapolitan pizza, demonstration and making, drafting, baking, and finally tasting the pizza
The visit takes about 50 minutes
It is possible to enter with a private guide on your own. Alternatively, the cost for a guided tour is €2 to be paid on site.
Animals and disabled people are not allowed access
The workshop is available, with prior reservation, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance

Then it will be your turn to get your hands in the dough! Under the guidance of the pizza maker, you'll learn how to prepare the 'dough, roll it out and give it the perfect shape.
Finally, you will bake the pizza in the wood-fired oven and enjoy it with immense pleasure, savoring the fruit of your labor and the authenticity of the ingredients used.
The cooking class will conclude with a certificate of participation certifying you as a "Pizzaiolo per un giorno."
