The Monumental Complex of San Lorenzo Maggiore is open from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily
On weekends there are guided tours in Italian 10:30 am, 11:30 am, 12:30 pm, 1:30 pm, 2:30 pm, 3:30 pm, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm and in English 11 am, 1:15 pm, 3:15 pm, 5:00 pm
During the week there is a guided tour in Italian at 10:30 am, 12:00 pm, 1:30 pm, 3:00 pm, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm. In English at 11:00 a.m., 1:15 p.m., 3:15 p.m., 5:00 p.m.

The visit takes about 50 minutes
It is possible to enter with a private guide on your own. Alternatively, the cost for a guided tour is €2 to be paid on site.
Animals and disabled people are not allowed access
The workshop is available, with prior reservation, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance

Finally, you will bake the pizza in the wood-fired oven and enjoy it with immense pleasure, savoring the fruit of your labor and the authenticity of the ingredients used.
The cooking class will conclude with a certificate of participation certifying you as a "Pizzaiolo per un giorno."
