Neapolitan pizzaiolo for a day è un laboratorio didattico adatto a tutti. Un maestro pizzaiolo ti svelerà tutti i segreti dell’Arte del pizzaiolo napoletano, riconosciuta dall’UNESCO patrimonio immateriale dell’umanità, dalla preparazione dell’impasto e la sua giusta consistenza, fino alla stesura, il condimento e la cottura.

We will tell you over a good coffee the story of real Neapolitan pizza. For one day you can step into the shoes of a Neapolitan pizza maker through a dynamic and engaging experience.

The day will be structured as follows:

  • Welcome Coffee and history of real Neapolitan pizza - duration 20 minutes;
  • Demonstration followed by participants' making of the dough for real Neapolitan pizza and raw materials - duration 90 minutes;
  • Laying and firing the portfolio pizza (folded into four) in the wood-fired oven - duration 90 minutes;
  • Tasting of real Neapolitan pizza in wedges - duration 40 minutes.

Il laboratorio si terrà tutti i giorni, previa prenotazione, dalle 10:00 alle 14:00 e dalle 16:00 alle 20:00.

La tariffa che proponiamo è di € 94,00 a persona comprensiva di bevande analcoliche, del grembiule, dell’iscrizione al club “Amici della Vera Pizza Napoletana” con la relativa card e dell’attestato ricordo.

How to get there

Reaching AVPN by public transportation

From Naples Piazza Garibaldi, take the L1 metro towards Piscinola and get off at Dante. Leaving the metro, take the 168 Frullone M1 bus, after 13 stops get off at Capodimonte. A few minutes from the stop, you will find the Verace Pizza Napoletana Association.  

Reaching AVPN by car

From Piazza Giuseppe Garibaldi, take Corso Arnaldo Lucci, then Corso Novara, Via Arenaccia and Via Nicola Nicolini in the direction of Via Ponti Rossi. Continue on Via Ponti Rossi in the direction of Via Capodimonte. On the right you will find the Verace Pizza Napoletana Association.
