The night lamparade includes a fishing boat excursion in the company of professional fishermen to experience direct contact with nature and the world of fishing.

La lamparata è un’antica tecnica di fishing che prevede l’accensione di una grossa lampada montata a poppa di un gozzo che attira i pesci grazie alla luce generata. Nel contempo un’altra imbarcazione, chiamata ash, cala una rete a circuizione in cui vengono catturati i pesci. L’esperienza prosegue sulla spiaggia dove tutto il pescato sarà preparato per un’ottima cena in allegria e soprattutto in buona compagnia!

Il menù prevede spaghetti al tonno nostrano, olive e capperi, frittura di pesce, vino e acqua e anguria.

Questa esperienza è un bellissimo esempio di turismo esperienziale in cui i partecipanti non sono dei semplici spettatori, ma veri e propri protagonisti, sia durante la pesca che durante la preparazione del pasto.

How to reach the meeting point by car

From central Naples Piazza Garibaldi take SS162 from Corso Meridionale, Via Taddeo da Sessa and Via Emanuele Gianturco. Follow E45 and A3 in the direction of Via Fra' Generoso in Salerno. Take the Salerno exit from A3. Take Via Demetrio Moscato, Via Pio XI and Via dei Principati in the direction of SS 18 Tirrena Inferiore in Salerno. The route is about 50 minutes.

How to reach the meeting point by public transportation

From Naples Central Station take the train to Reggio Calabria Centrale and get off at the Salerno stop. From there you reach the square on foot in 4 minutes. The route is about 45 minutes.
