About this tour
To experience the magic of Salento, there is no better thing than a nice stay in one of the many masserias that populate this area of beautiful Puglia. So why not spend a vacation in Masseria Stalì? This beautiful farm stands in the heart of Caprarica di Lecce and covers an area of 270 hectares. It has more than 30,000 centuries-old olive trees and everything served to guests was grown in their fields.
The masseria has 100 covers and 20 rooms that include the main amenities, including free wi-fi, air conditioning, swimming pool, free parking, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, and toiletries. Furnished with a Mediterranean design, all rooms are wheelchair accessible.
The Apulian facility also houses a oil mill, at which you can hold tastings and educational activities. In addition, there is land cultivated with Negramaro grapes from which an excellent wine is produced for sale and restaurant use. In fact, the farm includes an in-house restaurant that uses only organic and km 0 ingredients.
Here you will have at your disposal the a la carte menu with always new seasonal dishes related to the local tradition. There is also an alternative menu designed for children and it is possible to request specific dishes for those who are gluten intolerant. Finally, the masseria restaurant can accommodate private parties, banquets, ceremonies and corporate meetings with customized menus.

Breath Path
The Breath Path will include a long walk in the Caprarica greenhouses in the company of an experienced instructor who will teach stretching and breathing techniques useful for stress relief. At the end, there will also be a fruit and juice tasting.
Visit to the Hypogeum Oil Mill
The Frantoio Ipogeo is one of the most interesting places on the masseria. Here a guided tour will take place during which you will be told about the history of extra virgin olive oil in Salento. The activity will last about half an hour.
Baby cooking class
For the enjoyment of younger children, the facility offers a theoretical/practical cooking class that includes a general tour of the farm, information about the raw materials used, processing of agricultural products with help from an operator, cooking of dishes and final tasting of what has been cooked. Children are provided with an apron and tool kit.
A day as a miller
This is an exclusive tour that tells of the past and present history of the oil supply chain. In particular, the olive harvesting, milling in the olive mill and bottling of the oil will be explained. You will be given 5 small bottles of 100 ml oil and experience a guided technical tasting. Finally, there will be a lunch with traditional oil mill dishes and a visit to the Hypogeum Oil Mill.
Oil Tour and Oil Tasting and Light Lunch
This experience relives all stages of the extra virgin olive oil supply chain. There will be a visit to the farm's oil mill with an explanation of the various stages of the production process, including olive harvesting and product processing. Then you will have a guided tasting and a "light lunch" including bruschetta, toast, Salento salad, caprese, frisa and farmer's plate.
Oil Tour and Oil Tasting
In this case you will exclusively carry out the oil supply chain tour, which will be followed by a guided tasting on the classification of oils and their organoleptic characteristics. It is ideal for those who want to deepen their knowledge of one of the main products of the Apulian land. This activity can also be combined with a visit to the Hypogeum Oil Mill.
Cooking class with tasting
Would you like to learn how to cook some traditional Apulian dishes? This is the right experience for you! You will be able to choose between option A and option B. With Option A you will take a guided tour of the masseria, which will be followed by an in-depth look at the raw materials used. You will work of people the ingredients and make various pasta shapes and seasoning sauces. Finally, there will be a tasting of what has been prepared. With Option B you will also have in addition a technical tasting of the farm products such as olives, pate and oil.
Salento evening
If, on the other hand, you feel like spending a quiet evening relaxing with your family or your better half, you can take advantage of this Serata Salentina, a dinner with typical Salento cuisine and wine from Masseria Stalì. You will eat at the restaurant in the pool area with musical accompaniment.
Dinner agricultural atmosphere
Equally impressive is this Farm Atmosphere Dinner, which will feature an evening tasting menu at the farm's restaurant, also near the pool. The dinner will last about 2 1/2 hours.
Grilling under the stars
With this Grill Under the Stars you can enjoy lots of grilled meat and vegetable appetizer roundup. Drinks such as water and wine are included, and there will also be live musical entertainment.
Pool Day
The Pool Day experience includes admission to the facility's pool with use of the entire area. You will be served a light lunch with main course, dessert and water. A sunbed is also included in the price.
Agripilates
With Agripilates you can take a pilates class guided by an expert and in close contact with nature. The class is held barefoot on grass and with the use of natural principals. At the end there will be a fruit and juice tasting. You will also be provided with a mat and a water bottle.
