Sea Out 3: What happens in the third season

At the beginning of the third series of Mare Fuori we find Rosa back at the juvenile prison, ready to avenge her brother's death and kill Carmine with the help of Edoardo. Meanwhile, Carmine does not seem to be very upset by Rosa, on the contrary. In fact, an ambiguous relationship of hate and love seems to develop between the two. Outside the penitentiary Naditza and Filippo move on with their lives in the real world, confident that their love can win out over everything. Massimo and Paola also want to give their story a chance, so much so that the man informs his wife that he wants to separate. Among the new entry of the inmates bring in Doberman, Cucciolo and Micciarella, sent by the Ricci clan to lend Edoardo a hand. They are joined by Sofia, a new educator who is very interested in the affairs of the institution. Prison life is soon disrupted by several sudden deaths: Gaetano, killed by Mimmo, and Viola who jumps off the roof after threatening to kill Futura, Carmine's daughter. It is as a result of these misfortunes that Sofia reveals her identity, namely that she is a ministerial agent who must investigate Paola and the work of the educators. Through this investigation Sofia will become the new director, while Paola will return to Ancona. The struggle between the Ricci and Di Salvo clans continues unabated and Don Salvatore tries to have Edward killed, who will end up in a coma, cared for by Carmela and Teresa. Everything also falls apart between Filippo and Naditza as the young woman realizes that their affair will have no future until the boy serves his sentence. Left by his beloved, Filippo returns to prison, bringing some joy to Carmine, Pino and Cardiotrap. With Edward in a hospital bed between life and death, Cucciolo proclaims himself the new leader within the institution, standing in for Don Salvatore. After an interview with Sofia, Filippo asks to be transferred to Milan and is thus ready to leave his friends. Before leaving, however, Filippo stops at the Via Toledo station to see Naditza again, with whom he makes a permanent reconciliation. The final 3 minutes of the last episode will witness some twists and turns. Carmine reconciles with his mother, who will accept the romance between her son and Rosa. The two outside the prison are tracked down by Don Salvatore, who hands a gun to his daughter and asks her to choose between Carmine and her own family. At this point Rosa turns her back on the Ricci clan and chooses Carmine. Don Salvatore disagrees and a fierce physical confrontation begins, during which a gunshot goes off, but it is not clear who might have hit. At the same instant Edward is seen awakening from his coma.
