About this activity

Overlooking the enchanting marina by Marina di Camerota, the seafood restaurant Hub Tavern offers itself as a safe harbor for lovers of fine seafood cuisine. Outdoor tables recreate a relaxing sea-view location in which to enjoy local specialties.

It all stemmed from the passion of chef Davide Mea, who has always been fascinated and inspired by the sea. Starting in 2012 from a simple cuopperia, within a few years he was able to make his Taverna one of the most highly rated and accredited gourmet-style restaurants in the Cilento region.

The king of the kitchen is definitely the very fresh catch of the day, without neglecting the various qualified ingredients, such as the splendid extra virgin olive oil from the area, the artisanal bronze-drawn pasta or even the vegetables from the garden harvested at km0 and the amazing anchovies from Menaica, the highlight of the menu.

Dishes rich in taste, flavor and aroma, in which the carefully selected precious elements enhance each other in essential cooking. It could not miss the wine cellar with the many facets of wines on display, which can also be purchased along with other products.

The team is a close-knit team of professionals who constantly strive to offer customers not only good food, but a true culinary experience and a journey of flavors and discoveries.

Chef Mea's favorite dish is definitely spaghettone with Menaica anchovies, mozzarella stracciata in mortella and oregano. Our mouths are watering just imagining it, aren't you?

How to reach the point of interest by car

From Piazza garibaldi move onto Via Galielo Ferraris and enter A3 and continue for about 200 m on Corso Arnaldo lucci. Follow A3/A2 to the SS19 in Padula. Take the Buonabitacolo - Padula exit from the A2. Take SS517v and SR562 toward Lungo Mare Trieste in Marina di Camerota .

On a beautiful terrace overlooking the port of Camerota, the colors and flavors of the sea. Served simply and freshly, with attention and courtesy. Excellent quality of raw materials, numerous wine labels, no less accurate and delicious the dessert list. Medium-high price quality. Optimal.

If you are looking for cuisine with quality products, fresh fish, first courses made to perfection, excellent service, kindness and views, then this is the right place. We had dinner here two dinners in a row because you can finally eat healthy, tasty and high quality cuisine. Marina was missing a place like this and finally here it is! Thank you guys!

Half an hour of waiting to be seated and an hour to wait for the first courses. The waiter apologized twice for the wait, but evidently there was a problem with the order which did not reach the kitchen. Unfortunately, however, the wait wasn't even worth it, since the two first courses were absolutely not good, considering the price. It's a shame because the expectations were quite high.
