About this tour

Campania is a land rich in immense natural beauty and a varied food and wine tradition that offers quality products and dishes of great goodness. So if you, too, want to know all the secrets of Neapolitan cuisine, all you have to do is book this Sorrento cooking class.

You will spend a fun day with a local chef who will teach you how to prepare some of the best dishes. To do this you will gather ingredients straight from the garden. Specifically, you will be taught how to cook the Sorrento-style gnocchi with mozzarella and tomatoes, eggplant parmigiana, tiramisu or lemon delight, and real Neapolitan coffee! All this you will be able to taste, and you will also be offered water and wine.

In addition, you will be shown the method of producing the Sorrento limoncello, all set in a fabulous citrus grove in the heart of the Sorrento Peninsula. Upon request, it is possible to organize the lesson by including dishes different from those listed.
